Chandigarh:The Ministry of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises, Government of India, New Delhi has launched new system Udyam Registration (UR) Portal for the registration of MSMEs and advised that all MSMEs which had registered upto 30.06.2020 have to migrate from Udyog Aadhar Memorandum (UAM) to Udyam Registration (UR) as the Udyog Aadhar Memorandum (UAM) verification service was dropped w.e.f 01.04.2021 but the migration facility is still in place.  Accordingly, The Department of Industries, U.T., Chandigarh acting as Single Window Facilitation Centre in U.T., Chandigarh has set up a Help Desk to provide hassle free services for registration of Existing/New MSMEs…

Guwahati: Journalists’ Forum Assam (JFA) commends the concern expressed by Madras High Court in a recent directive to Tamil Nadu government to constitute a press council (High Court directive on fake news) so that the menace of fake news/journalists can be legally addressed. Shimla: A meeting of Himachal Pradesh Cabinet held here today under the chairmanship of Chief Minister Jai Ram Thakur. The cabinet decided to fill up 4000 posts of different categories of teachers including 820 posts of drawing teachers and 870 posts of physical education teacher posts in Education Department. New Delhi: Adults suffering from sleep disorders have a higher risk of cardiovascular disease. This is shown by a recent study conducted in China. The results show that it is very important to take sleep problems seriously and to treat them.
